A Story Of Faith By Margaret Lukasik

Faith Is Not Complicated.

I decided to do a painting series about faith because it's an important part of the Christian lifestyle. Faith keeps us grounded, it keeps us going during difficult times, and it even teaches the mind to look deeper and beyond what it can't comprehend or see.

The day I called upon God to save my life, I experienced a miracle! God protected me and I was thankful, but I wanted to live a life of miracles. I examined my faith that day and studied what faith is from the Bible. I also began examining the lives of modern day people and throughout the Bible who lived lives of great faith.

A number of years later, I had a spiritual breakthrough that changed my life and also saved it two more times. This amazing epiphany took me from walking in circles in life to living victoriously. I realized the simplicity of not trying to live a faithful life by my ability, but by trusting in God's ability to work through me.

My thankfulness and gratitude are so much a part of who I am now that I was inspired to create this painting and many others that depict a faith-based theme to inspire others.
